Welcome to Easy Finder, an online platform allowing you to find and hire local service (Businesses), Suppliers and Sellers. We are transforming the way Clients and Buyers connect with local service providers and Sellers. These Terms and Conditions sets forth the agreement between you and Easy Finder. It governs your use of the service we offer through our website, applications and mobile apps (Easy Finder Platform”). This agreement provides important information to you, including information about your obligations about your content, our limitation of liability to you, and your agreement to resolve any dispute.
Please make sure to read this agreement, because your use of the Site is consent to these terms. If you do not agree to any of the updated terms, you are not allowed use Easy Finder Platform.
Due Diligence
As Easy Finder, we emphasize that due diligence is essential for every business interaction on our platform. Easy Finder serves as a connection point between clients and service providers (Businesses), facilitating introductions but not providing services or products directly. Because of this, both clients and providers must take full responsibility for their own due diligence.
Clients are strongly advised to carefully (where necessary) verify the details, qualifications, and reputation of any service provider/ Business before entering into agreements or making payments. This includes checking capability, references, past work, and asking all necessary questions to ensure reliability and suitability.
Similarly, service providers should diligently assess client requests to confirm legitimacy and seriousness before committing time or resources. This helps prevent misunderstandings and protects providers from fraudulent or non-serious inquiries.
However, Easy Finder does carry out general verification processes and applies certain trust and safety measures to maintain a professional environment. These include monitoring user activity, reviewing reported misconduct, and implementing standards to help foster a reliable and respectful community.
By using Easy Finder, both clients and providers explicitly agree to act with care and responsibility. The platform does not guarantee service quality or mediate disputes—these responsibilities rest entirely with the users.
Ultimately, successful and safe transactions depend on users conducting thorough due diligence, using good judgment, and protecting their own interests throughout the process. Easy Finder facilitates connections but entrusts users with making informed, independent decisions.

By using Easy Finder, you agree that your access is solely for personal, non-commercial use. You are strictly prohibited from:
Using Easy Finder or any of its content, data, systems, or services to copy, recreate, reverse-engineer, or compete with Easy Finder, directly or indirectly.
Signing up or accessing Easy Finder with the intent to steal ideas, extract proprietary methods, or gain insight into how Easy Finder or its professionals operate.
Soliciting, harassing, or otherwise contacting service providers (Businesses) listed on Easy Finder for any reason outside the intended and approved use of the platform.
Misusing or attempting to misuse the platform in any way, including but not limited to: scraping, data harvesting, hacking, infiltrating, spamming, advertising, or manipulating the system.
All information, features, and processes within Easy Finder are considered proprietary and confidential. Any attempt to use this information for competitive purposes or idea theft will be treated as intellectual property infringement. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are using or attempting to use Easy Finder in any unauthorized, inappropriate, or deceptive manner, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access without notice and pursue full legal action. This may include, but is not limited to:
Seeking injunctions and equitable relief
Recovering lost revenue, damages, and legal costs
Prosecuting for theft of intellectual property or breach of contract
We take misuse, unauthorized access, and idea theft seriously, and we will vigorously protect our business, users, and proprietary systems to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rights of The Agent
1. Right of The Agent
The Agent is the sole and exclusive owner of the platform, including but not limited to its design, branding, user interface, content, features, and all intellectual property associated therewith. All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform remain exclusively with The Agent. Users acknowledge and agree that by using this platform, they do not acquire any rights, ownership, or entitlement over any part of the platform, except as expressly granted by The Agent. The Agent reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation of prior notice, to remove, edit, or modify any user-generated content. This may include text, images, listings, reviews, or any other materials submitted to the platform that The Agent deems inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the purpose and values of the platform. The Agent is under no obligation to screen content in advance but reserves the right to do so at any time. Users agree that they are solely responsible for any content they post or submit. The Agent shall not be held liable or responsible for monitoring or resolving disputes that may arise between users, or between users and third-party service providers, vendors, clients, or customers who interact on or through the platform. Any transaction, negotiation, agreement, or conflict is solely between the involved parties, and The Agent assumes no legal responsibility for such engagements. The Agent also reserves the right to investigate any suspected or reported misuse, fraud, abuse, or illegal activities occurring on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to monitor user activity, access user-generated content when reasonably required for such investigation, suspend or terminate user accounts, and share relevant information with authorities or affected parties if legally obligated or deemed necessary for the safety and integrity of the platform.
2. Changes and System Updates
The Agent may, from time to time and at its discretion, revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions. Such changes may be necessary for a variety of reasons, including legal compliance, policy updates, user experience improvements, security enhancements, or system innovations. By continuing to access or use the platform after any modifications are made, users agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review the terms to stay informed of any updates. The Agent also retains the right to make improvements, upgrades, or changes to any aspect of the platform’s design, content, functionality, and service delivery systems at any time and without prior notice. These changes may affect how the platform operates or how users interact with it. They may include the addition of new features, removal of outdated elements, interface changes, or performance enhancements. Such updates are carried out with the intention of improving the overall service and ensuring compliance with current technology and legal standards. While The Agent strives to ensure the platform remains accessible and efficient, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free functionality. Occasional downtimes, maintenance operations, or unforeseen technical issues may occur. The Agent shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by such interruptions or updates.
Please note: Tokens purchased within the platform are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another registered Pro on the platform upon request. To initiate a token transfer, users must contact the platform administrator for assistance and verification.
3. User Obligations and Acknowledgements
By using the platform, users affirm that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their region. Users also agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or engaging in any business through the platform. Any attempt to create fake accounts, impersonate others, or provide misleading information may result in immediate termination of access to the platform and potential legal action. Users shall not engage in any activity that may harm the platform, other users, or third-party providers. This includes but is not limited to hacking attempts, spreading malware, harassing other users, or engaging in prohibited transactions. The Agent may pursue legal remedies in response to such activities.
4. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Agent platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to offer a reliable, high-quality service and do our best to ensure the platform runs smoothly, we cannot guarantee that it will always function without interruptions, delays, or errors. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of the platform or its content. Although we aim to provide a great user experience, certain factors—such as technical issues, third-party services, or system maintenance—may occasionally impact performance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Agent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise from:
